Description: The position of Recruiter has opened for applications. This role involves interacting with the wider Squad community, approaching new talent and acquiring them to enlist into our unit. You will be their point of contact to ask any questions about the unit, as well as being their first impression of the 502nd. This position is a very rewarding one, involving awards and promotions for excellent work.
Reasons you should be considered: I have plenty of experience in recruitment from other communities - however none from any Squad related communities. I have an active work ethic and plan to provide satisfactory results - I always try to keep a positive and welcoming demeanor so I believe I have the skill necessary to bring people into the 502nd. I also live in central europe with the Central european timezone - so I would be able to recruit people who might've lost interest when our north american members attempt to recruit them.
Overall, I am ready to work and help the community out - seeing as I can mostly only join 502nd activities during the weekends this can be a good way to still be useful to the group during the rest of then week - as it would allow me to show competence and contribute no matter what.
